Forest of Dean and Wye Valley Tour Guides

A Forest of Dean and Wye Valley Guide on the bank of the river Severn near Newnham
A Guide near Newnham The photo shows one of our guides researching a new walk called "In Search of Sabrina". In the background, beyond the St Peter's church on the hill, is Newnham-upon-Severn. Trade on the river Severn helped establish Newnham as a port. Despite the vessels at Collow Pill that can be seen in the photo, the days of Newnham as a port are over, but our guides will show you the clues to Newnham's former times. This is a fruit growing area and Newnham currently boasts a pub with one of the largest selections of cider in the country.
